The mind is a strange place
Jesus showed up in a dream I had the other night. He was this Arabic looking dude with long dark hair and dark eyes. Clean shaven, though. And he was hot. And he caught up to one of the screaming preacher types - maybe the Florida burn-a-Koran guy, maybe Fred Phelps, and said "Dude, you got it all wrong." And then a little later he was making out with one of my male linguistics colleagues. And he was wearing tie-dye. Jesus, that is. I could get behind a Jesus like that.
Also on the topic of religion and philosophy, at the start of the year there are these people hanging out in front of the International Center (where the bookstore and food court are) trying to interest people in socialist newspapers. I think the next time they ask me, I'm going to say "no, thanks, I'm Discordian", and see if they get it.
Yeah, I've totally sucked at updating here. I'm going to try to do better. I've said that before, though. And I'm going to form that Procrastinator's Society any day now!
