Randomness!
I suck at posting more often. Again!
I'm not watching the World Cup but have been following things with amusement via other people's posts on facebook, and Warren Ellis posting his twitter summaries on his blog. Something about hiring a guide dog for someone on the English team to help them find the goal? Also the enthusiasm over the word vuvuzela. Which is a darn cool word, even if the things themselves are annoying. It would, as someone pointed out, but a high scoring word in scrabble!
Every so often, I intend to let my hair grow out without dyeing it to get the natural color. I always get bored and dye it again anyway. Which I will probably be doing again soon. But there's enough there at the roots to see the natural color. Which is still somewhere between brown and blond with red highlights. Yes, I do have some natural red. I just give it some help! But this time, I think I've spotted some silver in there!
We don't gray early in my family, and my sister's hair is a shade that hides it well if she's got it. She doesn't dye. Jim's had silver in his hair since he was in his late teens. I've wondered if I'll wind up with a pretty silver or if it will turn out to not look good.
Thunderstorms seem to keep avoiding this area. Darn it. I like them!
