A mostly productive weekend
On Saturday I hammered out a chunk of comps paper in a marathon session. I also managed to get the weekly TAing paperwork done (recording attendance and suchlike) and got some Nano writing in.
Today, we went to see The Men Who Stare At Goats which is funny and fun and totally worth going to! For dinner, we went to Enso, which is amazing. Fusion cuisine, but reasonably priced for such things and with good sized proportions.
I've gotten behind on Nano, what with one day of not writing at all, and a couple of slow days. Today I got enough written to start cutting into that backlog. If I can write as much as I did today two more times, I'll be back on track.
And it was a gloriously beautiful and warm weekend! Like an early to mid October weekend somehow got transferred into November. Global weirding does sometimes throw us some bonuses.
