What, it's been a week since I posted? How did that happen?
And what a week! Good birthday. Good meal at All Seasons Bistro. Good times with my wonderful hubby. Wonderful birthday party, too!

On Friday, I defended my socio comps proposal. Today I met with another Prof to really get started on my phono comps. I now feel like they've both got direction, instead of feeling like I'm flailing around with them.
Today, the meeting with the prof went well. Making a list of stuff I needed to find at the library went well. Finding the stuff was a breeze, and everything was there. It was all going so smoothly. Then the copiers in the copy center were being persnickety. It was no longer going so smoothly. It took an hour and a half for me to get all my copies made. Bleh!
Mind you, of all the things that could have gone wrong, that one inconveniences me the least. But still! And I'm wearing a warm sweater 'cause it's cold, but the library is heated way more than necessary and I was dripping sweat while fighting with copiers.
Do you prefer cold and sunny, or warm and rainy? From the forecast, we get both this week. But no warm and sunny. Still, right now, I think I prefer warm and rainy because that's more springish weather.
