Party plots
We didn't do a party for our anniversary, given all the craziness going on in August. So we intend to have a party in September, and what better occassion than Talk Like A Pirate Day? The official TLaP Day is September 19th, which is a Wednesday. We'll have the party on either the 15th or the 22nd. Any preferences as to which date, from those of you in the audience who'd like to attend and might be able to?
I want to have a Barbarian Wine and Cheese party sometime in November, probably. Early November. Wine isn't the required beverage, and there will be more than just cheese to eat. The Barbarian part is that your only utensils are a knife (bring your own if you've got a cool knife) and your hands.
I also want to have a summer in the middle of winter type of party, either in January or February (possibly for my birthday?) about when the winter gloomies are getting to everyone.
I'd love to do some craft night type of things at some point, too. There's Pimp My Aardvark, which sounds like too much fun to ignore, and sounds like much more fun to do in a crowd!
Details on everything as I come up with them, suggestions welcome, what do y'all think?
