Yesterday, and stuff
The wedding was amazing. One of the nicest I've been to, ever. Everyone looked gorgeous! The bridesmaids' dresses managed to be a dress that looked good on a wide range of body types. Amy and Alex just looked perfect together!
The ceremony was short and sweet, and everything it needed to be. The receiving line went a bit slow. A lot of that had to do with the fact that pretty much everyone wanted to stop and talk to pretty much everyone in line! The gardens were a wonderful setting, too. The macro mode on my camera came in handy for pictures of roses. I need to download them and see if they turned out as good as I think they did.
Request for anyone who was taking pics yesterday, or knows people who were! I do not have a picture of myself! I was a twit and forgot to hand anyone the camera to get a picture of me. And I looked good! So if anyone knows who might have a pic of me, I'd love to get a copy!
The reception was a good time. I wish we had a place to go dancing on a regular basis. I know I wouldn't weigh this much if we did! I'm so glad we got "Mekong" in there, too!
The problem is that I'm sleepy and headachy and I need to get some stuff done today. I may just take a nap and work this evening.
