The Laughter Never Dies....
Estelle Getty passed away today at 84. Her battle with dementia is over, and her humor, with God, now rests. I feel very sad, and it is strange how I am affected by the passing of this woman, whom I never knew. For almost as long as I can remember the tv series "The Golden Girls" has been a part of my life. Much of my understanding of humor has come from watching that show.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Family and Friends of Estelle Gettleman. Thank you for bringing to life, and giving voice to one of the greatest, and most memorable television personalities that has ever been broadcast. Thank you for the laughter, Estelle.
