Holy crap time is flying by. It's already September, and I'm already doing my fall planting. Besides, lettuce, chard, peas and carrots, this year, I have loads of organic garlic to plant, too.
This is a shot of a few cans of tomatoes. We ended up canning nearly 20 pint jars and 14 quart jars of tomatoes.
And here are some of the canned organic yellow tomatoes we grew (they look gross, but they make great pizza sauce):
I'll post some photos of the turkeys and the chickens later on this evening when the sun is down and I can get better lighting.
Busy, busy, busy around here. Deer season starts in two weeks, and I'm making some Canada goose decoys out of oak so I can start goose hunting this year. Time's flying by. Pretty soon it's going to be winter. Gah.
