Fortnightly Weight Report

Once again here is my weight report. This fortnight has bit a bit up and down, I have been able to be a bit more regular in my gym time but I also have had a number of injuries which have hampered my work outs. I threw my back out on Wednesday, but thankfully I have a good friend who is an acupuncturist so I was able to get treatment on it straight away.

Anyway enough talk, here are the cold hard facts:

Previous Weight= 77.6kg
Current Weight= 80.25 kg

Gain of 2.6kg

Target Weight 92 kg
Total Gain Needed 11.75kg

Im getting there.. slowly!
