Hey
Just to let you all know the coordinates and some information on the new Hub. It is located in a laboratory outside the northeastern edge of the city. It consists of three levels of labs - Ground floor, Basements 1 and 2. Below that is an administrative room (now my office and item containment). Paralleling these rooms is a large cavern (excavated after the building was initially abandoned) containing four floors of holding cells and a great deal of scientific equipment that will need to be sorted through and cataloged. One of the holding cells on the base floor of this cavern is now serving as the armory, one is the kitchen, et cetera. We're still lacking in furniture, so some of you may be lacking in desks or workstations until I can find an alien version of Ikea. Or midweek.
Anyway. I expect everyone to show up on Monday at 0800, bright eyed and bushy tailed. We have an entire planet's history, laws, culture and economy to learn, not to mention the information they won't be volunteering. Monday will not be a full workday since as I understand it, a fair portion of you are working regular jobs, just a meeting, discussion and review of boring work stuff (aka. Torchwood policy) and coffee (right, Ianto?). Those of you who can stay to help sort things out are encouraged to.
The real work starts Tuesday. Make the proper arrangements.
