As many of you are aware, there is a portal in the lower levels of the Hub. It connects our Hub here with the Hub in Cardiff. The portal is for use by any Torchwood employee. Civilians are not authorized to access it. The instructions are clearly posted by the archway, follow them. If you have any questions, speak with Ianto, Gwen or myself and we'll talk you through it.
The Cardiff Rift is still operating within normal levels but even so I'd like a team over there. If there's an overwhelming turnout, Torchwood field experience will be preferred over anything else. One field trainee will be accepted in Cardiff after suitable training exercises are performed on Ophara.
Any questions, comments or bad jokes?

I hope all of you are aware that the entire Hub (with the exception of my office and quarters) is covered by CCTV, available for review by anyone on the team. Since I know you are all geniuses in your own right and can figure ways around this, I won't mince words.
For a couple years now it has been my policy that any deleted footage for whatever reason goes through my station before I authorize the system to purge it from the databanks. As far as I know, I am the only one with the codes necessary to override the cameras, and only a major electrical failure, lasting longer than our internal power would last (which at this point, is a matter of months) would knock them offline. While my office and any rooms that branch off of it are not covered by cameras connected to the public system, they are monitored on the off chance anything happens in those locations that should be public knowledge (unlikely).
That being said, I am the only one who gets to have sex in my bed! When the rest of you hooligans spend over a century living in a Hub, you can have your own bed here. Until then, stay out of mine unless you're invited. By me.
You know who you are. Unspeakable things are going to happen on your desks in the near future, mark my words.
