Young Children(and apparently Me) must be supervised while cooking....
Hello everyone. Geesh, it's been a while, hasn't it? I know, I suck. Oh well. Lets see...what have I been up to since the last time I updated? Well first, A couple weeks ago I went and had pink drinks and then I had a fun night at BFE where I DIDN'T drive...that was fun, ended up going to the Bauer house until like 4 in the morning... So all in all it was fun to let loose a little and not have to worry about driving.. And, the best part of my night was when I found out my good friend Nate is back from the air force...yay! He left my junior year, and I never got to say goodbye to him...I met that boy fall of my freshman year in the best math class I had ever had with Dr.P... Paruch was in that class, and those of you who know me well, know I never shut up, and Paruch said I never talked in that class!!! Little did she know....he he.
Anyways, after that night I really didn't do much, mainly because BFE was closed for a week and a half, and I am trying really hard to save money on gas right now...Seeing as every time I fill up I get it up the butt....But, the first night BFE did open back up, we all went out for 10 cent drafts, and hung out and had a grand ol' time...danced with a VERY drunk Theta chi....If I had a dime for every time I have danced with a drunk theta chi...well I would be rich! He he...ah, the good ol' days....
Two days later, went to see the new harry potter....and let me tell ya, after all that anticipation, we were a little disappointed....It definitely ruins it when you have read all the books and know how much was skipped over....Not saying I hated it, just wished there was more.... And don't get me started on the new dumbledore...
So know where are back to today, tuesday. Basically all weekend I really didn't do much...had to play adult because the parents were on vacation AGAIN...and the realtor came today to show the house to all the other realtors at Greenridge realty... But, guess what! I FINALLY got a call for a job interview....where I have wanted to work forever! I am going to be interviewed for the relief youth specialist position at Ottawa County detention...And I have an in, because our advisor Deb teaches there, and said would put in a good word for me with the head of hiring...so cross your fingers, cuz I REALLY need this job.... so hopefully I will get it, cuz it would be nice to work somewhere that I went to school for...
And now that brings us back to why the title of this journal is what it is. Note to self...when pulling a pizza out of a 450 degree oven....be careful!!! This idiot here found out what happens when you drop a VERY hot pan onto your arm....and let me tell you, it ain't pretty....really...
So that has been my boring life lately... I'm off like a prostitue after she has been paid.....
