DAS Xmas party and 2 new anime additions
Saturday was the Delaware Anime Society annual Xmas Party/Minicon. I had a pretty good time while playing Rockstar and a Wii Naruto fighting game. I gave as part of a Secret Santa was 2 posters (1 from Ranma 1/2, the other from Plastic Little - which I both bought at my first anime con back in '95), and 5 figures (1 Rei Ayanami, 2 from Tokimeki Memorial, 2 from Love Hina). The gift I picked were 2 Playstation 2 games (NCAA Football and Neopets:The Darkest Faerie) which I can play on my PC (all I need to get is a memory card for each game), and 1 Nintendo DS game (Feel The Magic). I donated some of my smaller figures for the raffle (3 Rayearth, 8 Sailor Moon, 1 St. Tail, 2 Final Fantasy, 1 Dragonball GT of Super Saiyan 4 Goku). 2 younger daughters of 1 Dover member really enjoyed the Tifa and Aerie figures they won at the raffle. And I recently got 2 new anime DVD; Simoun Volume 1 and My Otome Volume 1. Talk about a nice yuri fest.
