San Diego Theatre has disappointed me a bit. No one seems to be into things that make you hmmm more like mindless garbage I could just stay at home and watch on TV. I am probably just spoiled. I am from Chicago where theatre not only entertains, but also says something.
I remember doing tech for this performance group and they did a whole show on menestration. You would think that was a bad word over here.
There is some bright spots. I love Debbie Fabiano at Fault Line and I am not just saying that cause I preform at her theatre! she is great writer. The first show I saw of her's was a pience where two rape victims get reverage on their attacker. (The show was called Hank I think she is making it a short film.)
Theatre is picking up here. North Park is leading the way for the arts (Mostly visual) so it is cool. It is weird being in a city that is up and coming and not a baby verson of Nueva York. Anway that's all folks for me today. See you soon for more of my ramblings.
