Is this the cliff you were talking about?? Because I really have no frakking clue what's gonna happen once they breach those doors.

Shit. Um. No. Oops. Kinda forgot about this one. It's only a little cliff though, it's not like anyone's bleeding or anything *g*

but guy's a seemingly unrepentant child-killer... I kinda expect Sarah to go in, shoot him in the nads, and just stare at him o_O

I think John was right to call her on her motives and she knows they're a little gray at best. She also knows she's got a hell of a temper buried under a remarkable amount of restraint - Strange Things... springs to mind. So yeah, who the hell knows what'll happen? Well, I guess I do, but I'm not telling ;-) (and don't go bribing Roxy or Cat either - Cat is far too susceptible to expensive choccie!)

Danny tends to appear in SCC fic as a vengeful, reactive (read: one-dimensional) character, but you really made me feel for him here.

I just kept thinking of his parents. Miles and Tarissa brought him up well, from what little we know of them they were decent people who loved him. There had to be something more to Danny than just being purely wicked. I wanted to look at why the hell he would ever ally himself with Skynet and then gradually become so distraught at what he had done. I guess in the end, it all came back to Sarah.

The exchange between him and Auldridge, especially the references to Sarah and Terissa, the mothers, bit a chunk out of my heart...

There are keen parallels with both women; "my son is all I have left." They've both lost so much to Skynet and it all comes down to their children in the end. Auldridge was brilliant to write, I didn't believe him for a second in BTR when he was giving his big speech, but he believes it now! He was the perfect character to set Danny straight on a few facts.

I hope part three hits the spot as well :-)

I kanna lie. I like it when Sarah goes crazy on folks who've done something bad. :D

LOL! Good to know... ;)

I'd always wondered what he'd be like if he ever returned in your 'verse, and how he is makes total and complete sense: harsh, but totally on-point

"my son is all I have left."

I think that was the part that broke me into itty bitty little pieces... :'((

He kinda had a very rude awakening in Know Your Exits. Bullet in the guts from a T-888 will - to quote Derek - certainly make you reconsider your life choices!

Sorry about that. Tarissa didn't really have the best of luck, did she?
