Entry 1:
Breeze Point, we made it. Long road it has been for us. I miss my son and daughter-in-law, but there kids I must take care of now. Hua-Ling has been of great help to me in caring for Biyu. I wish she did not have to work so hard, going to school and having a part time job. She is a good sister to Biyu. I have found a job here, and we have hired a nanny. Biyu seems not to mind her being around after school to watch over her.
The family greatly desired a kitten or puppy after the move, so we adopted Onyx. She is very little right now, but will grow in a fine cat. She is extremely smart and I feel she does well. I trust this move will be best for the family, but I worry about Biyu. Only time will confirm the wiseness of it.

Mom and Dad,
So grandpa got us moved in to the new house. I got a job after school to help pay for the bills and the nanny. Biyu cries sometimes at night for you. She doesn't understand and I don't know what to tell her because I don't understand either. I miss you mom, and I don't have to you talk to anymore. Grandpa told me to write in a journal, so I thought I would write to you. What are we going to do without you?
I try to spend enough with Biyu, trying to make sure she becomes a women, but I'm not even sure how that works yet. I try to keep up in school, and grandpa helps me study when he can, but he's so busy with trying to keep everything going it's hard. I just can't believe you're gone.

Diary Entry 1,
Granpy told me to write a diary but I don't know what to rite. We moved to Breez Point after mommy and daddy went away. I hang out a lot with granpy now.
Hua-Ling works reely hard after school and I have a nanny that comes and takes care of me. Granpy helped me to learn how to study. I like school most of the time. I miss our home and I miss mommy and daddy but Granpy says we have to be strong. Granpy bought me a slide and I have fun sliding down. I do not know what else to say for now. Bye.
