I'm using Dragon Zakura and Taiyo to Umi as examples. The teacher I'm following liked the idea. That's strange. Why would teachers agree to showing japanese doramas to make a point in english-class? XD
I'm not complaining though. Now I just have to cut out the parts I want. XD
I think we had some sort of discussion about this when I was 16 too, I just didn't pay attention.... XD

Isn't it good that we, who didn't listen, are studying to become teachers? y/n? XD

i so would have paid attention if they showed me Dragon Zakura or Taiyo to Umi back then~XD
And the fact that the teacher agrees is just win! lol!! i'd be too scared to suggest it just incase they were like NO~! ll evil like.... hehe

lol yes! "just shows that unconciously we were listening~!" would be a good answer but really i think Jdorama's like Dragon Zakura and others just influenced us too much hahahaha!! xD
Hmm~ i think its quite fun being on the other side of the educational system!! (so many more benefits)

I... don't know if I'd have paid attention or not. I wasn't into japanese stuff then. But you never know XD I'm pretty sure it's more useful to use doramas than to use textbooks and say "you should learn. Why? Because you have to." or something similar. I'll let them discuss the clips and if they want to, they can ignore it and say it was boring, but if they actually pay attention, there is stuff to discuss, even though it's pretty overly-dramatic in jdrama XD

I think it's kind of fun to learn the tricks and recognizing certain styles of teaching XD But I'm not really used to being center-of-attention -____-

Mmm it would be good if they enjoyed it~! And if they went away from it knowing a little bit more and remembering it, even if they didn''t agree with it at that age.

It is quite scary standing in front of a class first time (>w<)
