This Weekend = A Good Weekend.
I usually don't make real entries, but this weekend has actually been event full, and pretty fun. I'm just going to make a checklist of all the shit that happened with a plus for positive or a minus for negative (stolen from jen).
Thursday:
+ Lunch at Tony V's with Matt, Tom, Grodo, Brian, Mo, Shara & other people at the other table.
+ Left Tony V's 5 minutes before the end of the period because Matt is a fast driver and he dropped us off right in the front.
+ End of 8th hour thursday = 3 day weekend!
- Matt and Clare decided it was best to be apart and not go out.
+ Went over to Matt's blasting the Scorpions as tons of people looked at me pretending to be a badass \m/
- Mom called me and told me I had to come to parent/teacher conference because she thought I was failing creative writing, but I wasn't, I was just gone for a week from school.
- Had to drop my car off at home so my mom could take it to the mechanic to see how much it would cost for a new side bumper (some dumb neighbor hit my parked car a few weeks bad, not that bad though).
+ Beaner packed Grodo's car with Grodo, Matt, Brian, Tom, Andy and myself.
- Drove around looking for Djarum Blacks, Smoke For Less didn't have them. Had to go back to Smokey's for them.
+ While Grodo went in for his own pack, I hijacked his car and drove around Walgreens.
+ Drove around talking about random crap. I miss talking about random shit with so many people.
- Had to go home to get ready for my viola lessons. blah.
+ Went to Wendy's for dinner.
+ Matt took plenty of pics including Grodo with his friend D or w/e from Wendy's.
+ Went to streets woodfield.
+ Had a smoke and talked outside of the starbucks/chipotle area.
- Nothing to do at streets, so went to the mall.
+ Saw the easter bunny, piggy back rides n' shit.
+ Got a "free sample" of BLV cologne.
+ Went to steak n' shake thinkin it'd be lame turned out cool.
+ Met chuck who's an amazing guy who LIVES at steak n' shake and works at jewel.
+ Long talks about how jewel sucks, smoking and plenty of laughs.
- Ruining a perfectly good steak n' shake glass (you know how if you were there).
- Finally left, packing grodo's car with a full six people for the last time. Got dropped off at Matt's around midnight.
+ Goodnight around 1:30am.
Friday:
- Went to woodfield around 2pm. Didn't get anything for Jason. Poor kid is f'ed for a good week.
+ Dropped off extra people. Left down to Grodo, Matt and me.
+ Went to Buffalo Wild Wing's for the second time ever. That place is amazing. Grodo tips too much.
+ Picked up Brian.
+ Woodfield again? I guess so.
+ Laughing at Grodo taking a dump at Chipotle and chillin in the same area as thursday.
- Trying to get alcohol: failure. It's been hard latly.
+ Goin to steak n' shake again and meeting up with chuck for a bit.
+ Seeing a bunch of people including the sophmore scensters and mo/shara/danielle.
- Meeting Joe. This kid was a total retard. Why the fuck did he decide to sit with us?
+ Finally leaving joe and steak n' shake.
+ Going to Wendy's and following some kid who flicked us off to scare them. Priceless.
+/- Pretty good night.
Saturday:
+ My room is FINALLY done. Painted and shyte. It only took about a year of planning and two weeks of work.
- Moving furniture back to my room = lots of work.
+ My room finally feels like home once again.
+ Matt and Tom come over.
+/- Take video cam I got from school in hopes of some cool footage.
+ Picked up by Brett!
+ Pick up Brian.
+ Go to Tony V's for a nice hearty meal.
+/- Go to Arlington Lanes. I suck at pool now.
+ Got to see Rick and Steph there so that was cool.
- Brett is sick/tired, so he drops us off at Grodo's crib.
- Grodo is not there, he is dropping off his little brother and we are all freezing in the cold.
- I realize I left the cam in brett's car.
+ Grodo finally comes and we drive around looking for alcohol/something to do.
- Grodo has to go and pick up his bro, and has a little fit.
+ The group retaliates.
- Dan can't have everyone over.
+ We finally get a hold of Kerry, and drive over to her party.
- Mo and Shara decide not to go to the party because they are lame.
-/+ We get to the party, and it is pretty chill.
+ Stuff gets more exciting, saw people I haven't seen in a while.
+ Get buzzed off a few beers and meet jon's co-worker manny who was a cool kid.
+ Watching Matt get KRUNK... priceless.
- Grodo has to go home so we say goodbyes.
- Matt looses his butterfly knife and starts a drunken rant about how he needs it.
+ Dropped off to end a fun night.
Sunday:
- Had to wake up at 11:34am.
+ Brian picked me up for band practice in his PIMPin' 1968 Pontiac Catalina.
+ Met up with Chris L and Jon C. Hadn't seen Chris for a while now, so it was cool seeing him.
- Didn't have any covers ready and shit didn't seem to work out.
+ We made up a song finally that sounded fuckin' kick ASS.
- Still need to make up vocals, and decide on some covers.
- Went to Tony V's but they're closed on sundays.
+ Went with Brian to Johnny's Beef, got some good food.
+ Talked about girls with Brian (funny shit).
+ Cruised around in Brian's car playing Motley Crue.
- Can't go to Motley Crue this thursday due to lack of tickets/lack of money.
- Went to Brett's to get my digital camera from school. He didn't pick up the phone and the montero wasn't outside his place.
- Went home.
+ Grodo got off work early and came over and picked me up.
+ Went to smokey's and got some more blacks.
+ Went to jewel, got some free cookies from our locker.
- Went to Petland, they close at 6pm (it was 7:20ish).
+ Chilled in the grodomobile. Talked about shit.
+ Matt finally got off of work.
+ Went to Wendy's. Grodo's friend hooked it up like no other with free food.
+ Went to Brett's again now that I finally got a hold of him and picked up my camera from school.
- Nothin left to do, everyone has to go home. Grodo dropped me off.
+/- Writing the first real livejournal entry since I was 5?
OVERALL:
+ Caught up with a bunch of great people.
+/- Will this new band be ready for battle of the bands?
- Smoked 2 packs of cigs this weekend?
+ Addicted to Brides of Destruction
- Not going to Motley Crue thursday...
- Didn't get any footage for media tech video.
+ Had more fun than usual. I'm happy with the group of friends I have.
- Writing the longest entry ever.
