To all medical personnel in the City, for those of you who do not come from a time where the bubonic plague is treatable, the preferred treatment against the plague is:

[ooc: Hooray wikipedia, I didn't even know the plague was treatable, but I guess it is. If your character has it but you don't want them to do, post here and Isshin will zip around to their place and set up the IVs and such. Or if you want them to die I guess it can be ineffective.]
- Gentamicin 2.5 mg/kg IV or IM twice daily for 7 days.
- Doxycycline 100 mg (adults) or 2.2 mg/kg (children) orally twice daily have also been shown to be effective.
