I've seen a million stars, been sipping champagne on the boulevards

Back from Canton, MS, got back last night actually. It was... okay. I actually slept for most of the day and a half I was there.

The services went well, when my grandfather retired from the Army he was a Chief Warrant Officer IV (if you aren't military savvy that's a big deal, especially for a black man to make that rank in those days), so he had a Army burial, complete with flag folding and 3 gun salute.

I had never seen this in real life; I swear to you it was the most reverent, amazing thing I've ever experienced. I can't even put it into words.

On a completely different note, I'm rewatching Supernatural (because there's only so many times you can rewatch Leverage before it's officially pathetic, I passed that point awhile back), just finished "Bloody Mary" and:

Dean: Hey, Sam?
Sam: Yeah?
Dean: Now that this is all over I want you to tell me what that secret was.
Sam: Look, you're my brother and I'd die for you but there are some things I need to keep to myself.

Huh. I know we've all gone around in circles about how different season 4 was from the inception of the series, but I guess it... really wasn't. The more things change the more they stay the same.

Now someone tell me that placing a BIG order on Sephora.com is a bad idea.
