Enumerating the uses of exploitative verbiage (AKA a subject line with no context the post)
You wanna know what the most annoying part of my completely pointless English course is? That the English prof. wants 4 separate revisions of each assignment, that's not including the rough draft and the one to edit for grammar/punctuation. Um... I'm pretty confident with my work after 1-2 deep revisions w/ the 2nd revision including the edits, which means I'm actually going back and re-working bits to make the paper WORSE so that I have enough revisions.
So for example, my rough and final draft had the statement from my subject line as part of the thesis statement, however I just went back to the rough draft and replaced it with: 'listing the ways words were used to manipulate the audience.' Then pulled up a second doc., copypasta'd and switched that one with 'manipulative overtones in the authors wording' so that my final draft looks like it actually had revisions.
So essentially, I'm doing my assignment backwards. *headdesk*
But more importantly, can anyone tell me which exact WB/CW event the pic under the cut was?
I can't remember, and the fact that Jared wore that sweater to like 800 events does not help me narrow it down and I'm organizing all my pics (renaming them, putting them into folders by event, killing duplicates, etc.) so that when it's time to move everything to Lorelai II it's all neatly filed and pretty. This is also known as English paper avoidance.
