The few, the proud, the chibi
Since Gatorclix asked, and usually if one person asks, there are more that are curious, here are the rules for the villains on victory known as the chibis.
They are to be as short as possible, with the leg sliders all the way down, and using one of the youth faces. Try to make it as cute as possible. It should have "Chibi" in the name, preferably at the beginning. They are also almost universally small cute versions of people's favorite toons. None of these rules are hard and fast, but if it doesn't make us laugh and say "ok, that works," (examples: iMaid Nano and Chibi Jack) expect us to give you grief and possibly kick you from the SG.
In game, the chibis are a bunch of ~10 year olds that attend Our Lady of the Immaculate Chainsaw's School for the Delinquent Youths. Our base is fully functional. Oh, and if anyone wants to play a normal villain on Victory, the school does need staffing, and we also welcome anyone to worship Our Lady of the Immaculate Chainsaw.
