Oh... I wish I could be of more help. Please rest and recover as quickly as possible. It's no good to be ill.

Thank you... [His writing pauses, but resumes.] Your words mean more than you think.

[He can't help but smile at that. In turn, he draws a few small flowers surrounded by musical notes on the page for her.]

[draws simple plants~ and writes beside it, "life is like a plant. don't let it wither."]

[His eyes drip little tears onto the paper, rather touched by her words.]

[He notices his eyes and is taken back. He takes out a handkerchief and dries his eyes. Then he quickly writes back to her.]

It is all right, Miss Lenalee. I was merely touched by your simple words.

Oh... I'm not sure if I should say "you're welcome." I didn't mean to...

[trails off intentionally. she thinks it would be rude to write "make you cry."]

Miss Lenalee, it is wrong of me and unfair to hide this from you. The reason I am feeling ill is because of some emotional turmoil in my own heart.

I need to figure so much out on my own, but I do not even know what my heart wants anymore.

[weakened by matters of the heart? she understands that a little. she just hopes it won't... plow him to the ground.

a short pause before she draws a tangled mass on the page, like one very messy yarn ball. there is one particular loop that dangles out of the main shape--it's there for a reason. she then writes:]

I think this is what it feels like for you right now. It's a big, overwhelming mess... but you have to start somewhere. It shouldn't matter if can't find the beginning or the end, otherwise you'll never start at all and just lose sight of things again.

[draws an arrow at the loop and continues writing beneath it.] Even if you start in the middle, if you keep following one point, eventually it'll lead to an ending, won't it?

...So don't fret over where to start, Maestro. While it might be unconventional to take off from the middle, at least you'll be moving, right?

[Her words and drawings make much sense, his heart does indeed feel that way. But there is one thing he draws for her so she understands one matter. There is a small heart that seems broken in two and the two halves learn towards two other hearts with names in them. One heart has the name Zelda in it, while the other has her name in it.

He then becomes quiet as he hopes his drawing will make sense to her, even without him needing to write anything. This is something he should have said sooner, but couldn't find the words to say about it.]
