Well, I finally have an icon journal! I'm so happy. hehe
How else should I advertise besides pop_icons?
Anyways, we went to my cousin's, but we couldn't swim. Their pool had too much algae in it. I think they had to shock it or something. But we played Trivial Pursuit. My team (me, my cousin, and my grandmom) won! Woo hoo! hehe. We also played cards and watched Bringin' Down The House. That movie is so funny.

Good times. I wish we had six months of school and six of summer. But that would never happen. O well.
I'm really pissed about this thing about people wanting that statue of the Ten Commandments removed from that building. Why? It's been there for the longest time, and all of a sudden

It's been there for the longest time and now all of a sudden they want it chucked? Why now? Why not ten years ago? Why not twenty years ago? I think whoever brought it up was just bored out of their wits and was looking for something to pick at. Get a life people! It's not a life or death situation! Worry about the soldiers that are dying in Iraq! Worry about the thousands of homeless in this country! Don't worry about a little statue that's not doing harm to anyone. Geez. It's just sitting there. And the person that brought it up probably is an atheist. Hello! Just because it's there, doesn't mean you have to believe in it! It's not there yelling at you, "HEY YOU! YOU MUST BELIEVE IN ME!"
