Aaagh letting agents
Looking for a flat is the most stressful thing ever right now.
Can someone please find us a 3 or 4 bed house or flat in North London, Zone 2, decent transport links, not an ex-council flat, for under £120 each per week?
There seem to be hardly any properties like this on the market at the moment, all the students have taken them, and those that come up are snapped up almost instantly, before they even go up on agents' websites. Agents never call you back either when properties come up, so you have to call tons of them every day, in your lunchbreak (all seem to be shut at weekends), with the free daytime minutes you don't have on your mobile.
Then, dash across town after work to see places and have to decide pretty much on the spot, or first thing the next day, despite not everyone having seen it.
I'm close to hitting my head against a wall.
