Went to Real Artways in Hartford last night to see The Oh in Ohio. Real Artways was like stepping into an oasis (half movie theatre, half art gallery). The fact that we were on the Jamaican block in Hartford and there was a loud dance hall block party next door with a large cloud of smoke hanging above it was unbelievable. The Oh in Ohio was plotless, unsatisfying, and Mischa Barton's acting was horrendous. I rarely trash acting, but I let out a lot of involuntary heavy sighs each time she delivered a line. And, Jesus Christ, a student having sex with the teacher she idolizes should be HOT. Barton couldn't have had less chemistry with Paul Rudd. Her frozen acting made him look like he deserved a fucking Academy Award.

Don't believe any of this? This quote from a review tells all: "How bad does a movie have to be for Heather Graham to remove her name from the credits?"

Amen.
