I've been to a new Spinning class 2x in the last 3 weeks (I know, impressive, right?) and I think I really like it. I can "zone out" on the bikes, with the music pumping, in a different way than anything else. I really like how quickly the class goes, it doesn't take much coordination (like the dance and step classes) and I geel good about it. NOW, my deep sit bones (SP?) feel a little differently, and I may just get some of those fancy padded shorts, but I think I might just try to stick with it. A weekly commitment for me? What? Shocking.
Also, my dumbass plantas fascaitis is still kicking my butt, so the bike helps avoid impact.
I'm surprised to admit it, but I've been vaguely enjoying wearing sweatshirts these past few days. I love standing in warm sunshine with a little brisk air about.
