Yesterday and stoof

Yesterday was ok. Two decent meetings and an evening in Hammersmith with sister P, Bro in Law and their wee ones. All were on good form and it was great to catch up.

Today I am mostly loafing.

Tomorrow is Birthday, so Sam has gone and got some treats in. That'll be messy! I hope I've recovered by Monday.
