Today I decided to venture around town to find a few things for projects and such and to start figuring out the city. I ended up running into a parade that was about to start! It was really exciting, so many people and sounds and things going on. It was really neat. It seems like there's something always going on in that area. The last time I was down there they had a concert festival thing going on.

Too bad I didn't get pictures.. as I was walking out the door this morning I thought about taking my camera, but I didn't. :(
