Looking for book suggestions...
I need a book for the plane to England in four weeks. It only has to last me through the airport, the plane ride, and the first day of vacation - because after that we'll be in Hay-on-Wye, and I intended to buy far more books than I should while there.
Right now I'm considering Jane Austen Book Club (since I liked the movie) and finally (a decade later) finishing Dune. But neither seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. I'm finishing up The Oxford Murders (because we are going to Oxford, of course), and I'm loving it. And I don't really want an YA novel if I can help it because I'll need a break from them before ALA in July.
So if you have any suggestions, I'm ready to make a list of possibilities. :)
