On a lighter-ish note.

I gave my presentation today but since the thought of public speaking fills me with dread (and sometimes puke), it wasn't great. I spent the entire time trying to stop my voice from shaking, stop switching feet, keep my hands still, know what I was talking about, and NOT THROW UP so I'm not actually sure how it went.

Everyone, including Graham and Webel, could tell how freaked out I was and at the end Graham said "oh, good job Kelsey! Good job!" Which was patronizing, but sweet.

Also, today was my last Spanish class before the exam and me and Ellen made very good use of it. As Ellen put it:
Senora: Now we are going to review demonstrative pronouns, they will BE ON THE FINAL, pay attention.
Kelsey: How would my name be spelled with a Spanish lisp?
Ellen: I don't know ... let's find out ...

How I put it:
Senora: Everything I say for the next ten minutes will be on the final. This is very important.
Ellen: Oh, look, I spelled my name wrong. Pfft, that's funny.
Kelsey: I know. Now, I will say "Eleen" a lot and then laugh.
Both: Chayanne! James McAvoy! Ben Barnes! England!

I don't know if you could tell, but both renditions ended with an epilogue of "And then, on Monday, Kelsey and Ellen failed the Spanish test and Senora Vazquez beat them with the matamoscas fly swatters. The end."

EDIT IN: Oh, I forgot, but my name is very funny with a Spanish lisp.
