Okay. So. Louise Rennison writes this series called the Confessions of Georgia Nicolson and I have all of them, have read each of them a bajillion times, am rather obsessed, &c &c &c. And I knew they were making a movie of the first book but THE TRAILER IS OUT and I died a little bit when I saw it.
I am so excited but Nickelodeon is making it. Not that I have anything against Nickelodeon (I heart Drake & Josh, haha) but come on. The trailer makes it look like it's supposed to be for ten year olds, which makes me want to cry. And why is Ellen Indian? And not named Ellen? And where is Jas's fringe (flickey fringe flickey fringe flickey fringe)? And where are Rosie's glasses? And why is there no Sven in the trailer? And why is Dave the Laugh not the same as in my head?
Okay, the last part was stupid, but really. He's very cute but I loooove DtL and I want him to be perfect. (In my head, he was basically Sirius. Who also exists perfectly in my head. So Dave the Laugh should be played by In-My-Head-Sirius and everything will be perfect.)
