Summary: Midgar - The Slums - Patrol.
The night was cool, the air was promising as the stars above twinkled without much care for the chaos below on Gaia, even less to the disturbances of Midgar. To the casual stroller in this hour - more likely going home from a long day of work - Midgar seemed to be very much at peace. There was hardly much concern for the people on the elevated plates of the city. They were in well enough positions to find themselves hardly in any threatening predicaments.
Hardly was there a case of blatant-exposed infestation on the plates of Midgar. No, that kind of filth seeped from the top in the pull of gravity and piled in the Slums. Terrorizing the already low life society below. Such filth needed to be taken care of before it piled too high and found its way back to the sectors above..
-which brought about the patrol. Whether it be monster, terrorist, or madman on the loose. The Turks acted as proper exterminators for such - and sometimes tedious - threats.
Tseng smoothed a hand over his tie, then brought both hands to bother his collar. He had been on time, naturally, and found himself waiting for Strife with a little less then caring attitude about the tardiness. Though, as it was, he probably didn't need to say anything at all. He had a feeling Cloud was heavy in thought over the time already.
His hands came to his sides as his dark eyes took in the scenery around the front of the building. Nice and calm, as expected for this sector.
