First off, there's a new game time promotion happening soon:

Buy a 6 or 12 month subscription from November 28, 2011 to December 31, 2011 for a bonus:
-Buy 6 months as a VIP, and get 1 super month free (North America/Europe).
-Buy 12 months as a VIP, and get 2 super months free (North America only).
This post on the official forums outlines how to set yourself up for the plan in game, and even if you're already on a plan that doesn't renew for time past the end of the promotion date. It does require that you have a card on file.
Second, they've extended the Black Friday sale to December 1st, and to the 5th for the VIP starter deal. Here's a link to the previous post with the details.
