I haven't had the payment issue, but given last week's fun I can attest to how annoying it is that so many of the tools for finding out what's wrong are locked behind login...so if your account is locked, you can't get at many of the sources of information about it.
Yeah, while calling couldn't have happened yet (Regular Business Hours only), they do seem to be fairly quick at responding to emails during off hours, as I found last week.
My wife's account did something weird in regards to billing the other day, but not that. Though we're on a 6 month plan (meaning it should only be hit at the end of April and end of October), somehow Sunday it tried charging the card and failed, canceling her subscription. We sent something to CS, but there's been no response I've heard yet.
