Maximum velocity?

I've got a question for those who know how these things work. I've got a character named Rush. (also my global name: @Rush. -- mind the period) and I've been playing him as a concept toon. To that end, I've been trying to make him the very fastest thing in the game (without getting ridiculous or sacrificing playability).
Below the cut is a screenshot that I'd like some clarification on.
This is Rush at his normal speed. My basic question is... how fast is he? Is he going just 90mph? Or can I add add those numbers together? I bought a few Gift of the Ancients Run Speed Increase and I hope I haven't been wasting my time here.
Is there a maximum velocity, or can I keep inching him further and faster? He's currently level 45, if that helps at all.
