[ Ah, so eidolons don't exist here then, do they... Hmm... ] In my world, an Eidolon is a being of great power and magic. They can be masters over a particular nature element, such as fire and ice, or they may be a member of a planetary species, like goblins. The summoner I know has even been trusted by the father of all the eidolons - the great dragon, Bahamut. Eidolons typically aid the summoner who called upon them in battle or protect something of value as commanded by the summoner.
