[After the incident with Dean, and Gokudera not waking up, Dende couldn't bare to wait any longer. He wanted Gokudera to see him summon Tetsurunga more then anything, however with Gokudera's condition Dende feared it could be something serious and he needed to go home as soon as possible. Huh?
That's strange...

[Yep. Goku was out and about, what was a nice day until the sky had suddenly turned dark. Even in a place as odd as this, a sudden weather fluctuation like this was a little peculiar.]

It was sunny just a second a- Dende!

[Goku immediately took to the sky, flying to the dragon's source. It sure was a different looking dragon that what he had ever seen before.]

Oh wow! He sure is a big one! Dende must have really out done himself.
This is great! I bed this dragon can make all kinds of wishes!

[He goes flying around the large bird-like dragon, just to get a better look at him before dropping down from t he sky to land beside the Dende.]

This is amazing Dende!

[The dragon merely emits a low growl in response to Goku floating around his head. Damn mortal are flocking like sheep....

Dende on the other hand waves happily]

Hi Mr. Goku! Porunga was much larger, but Tetsurunga should be able to bring us back home!

[Well at least someone is happy to see him.]

Maybe... we should rethink out strategy first.

[Goku is contemplating something. This may or may not be a good thing entirely. He stands there for a moment, staring up at the bird-dragon as he crosses his arms. The Saiyan is obviously up to something. Be afraid.]

[Dende looks up at Goku curiously]

Strategy? Like what?

[Be afraid?! Of Mr. Goku?... Well... Goku and thinking COULD be quite a scary combo... not that Dende knows that. Yet]

I know that everyone really wants to go home. But... well is it really so bad here? I mean, sure it's a little strange and yeah accident do happen... but we're taken care of relatively well.
Or at least, as well as Samm can take care of a bunch of people anyway.

[Goku looks down to Dende, he seems pretty concerned over something.]

I think that using a wish for us would be kinda selfish, compared to what we could use it for, y'know?

[For example, he points out towards the barrier which can't be seen from here but till... over in that direction.... somewhere.]

When the walls came down, I got the chance to out and get a look at what was outside. What Samm was probably trying to protect us from. I didn't find much but... well yeah, there wasn't really a lot left out there.

It used to be a whole big city, full of life, and people. Do you think Tetsurunga would be able to bring all those people who lived out there back to life?

[Dende shakes his head no]

Tetsurunga isn't a very strong Dragon... Even Porunga can only wish one person back at a time...

B-besides... People keep getting hurt here... I-it's not fair to anybody. And they all have families that miss them back home! I-I don't want to see anybody get hurt anymore! Or be scared! Or homesick!

[Dende is stubborn in his mindset. He had seen too many of his friends get hurt... randomly disappear... who knows what happened to them?]

Well then... I guess we really ought to look after the people here then, before anything else can happen.

[Oh right. Little Green has a point there. Goku blinks and looks back up at the dragon.]

Alright Dende. Ask Tetsurunga if he can send everyone back to their homes.

[Dende smiles and nods, all full of confidence. He steps forward and raises his hands up to the dragon]

Porupa so pureto toh para na pahito pakeri la tongugeh dereeba! Peepoh nawaneeta hineeta hemao metoleki poeta turarupompo pinten!

[Tetsurunga's eye's glow brighter and he rears up to the sky. It pauses for a moment, and there's a low growl and the dragon looks back down at the duo]

YOU'RE WISH IS NOT WITHIN MY POWER AT THIS TIME.
