What was that?
This is a very important job. If for even a second you give me a reason to worry about how well you'll pull it off, I'll just hand it to someone else.
Not that anyone needs to prove themselves like you do -- no one in the whole city, actually, isn't that funny? -- but I'd be really upset if this fell into the wrong hands.

Why, you're a true-blue spy now. Don't tell me you haven't heard! That'd be the first time I traded someone their own personal information and surprised them with it all at the same time.
Well, maybe not the first time.

Did I ask for your trust, Dean?
I believe I offered to grant you a wish, actually. Like one of those talking fish, or a genie in a bottle. [ Or a demon, huh? ] Or God, I guess, but I'm not asking you to get on your knees and pray or anything.

...God, huh? [We all know what good he is, don't we Dean :|]
Right, But you can't work together unless there's trust [Sam's done a good enough job of proving that.] It's why I don't work with other hunters on jobs.
Getting restless, Dean?

I'll pull it off however you damned want me to if [It gets me back to Sam] it gets us the hell out.

[ Something creeeeeaks in the background, like Izaya is thoughtfully tipping his chair back. (He is!) After a moment: ]
I believe you.
But still, I do feel pretty terrible that I ran into a nasty complication while I was putting our order together. That isn't my style at all.

I'd like to offer you fair recompense.

We'll start with you. What do you really, really want from me, Dean? Besides going off and dying somewhere, of course.

[He doesn't trust you, you remind him of a certain demon back home. Two certain demons, actually.]

I thought you might want my assistance with your new job instead.
