Since its been a while, once again...
So this week has been a good week. We all went "redneck tubing" down Styx River in "Robertsdale, AL" this past Sunday. Had quite a turnout! The group picture isn't even all the group, we were missing like..... 8 or so people that had to catch up to us later, and at least 10 people DIDN'T show up even after they had all been "so excited" about it.
I made pb&j's as well as 100 jello shots! ;) It was a great time. I think we all had fun.
I'm really glad we had designated drivers because after we got done with our 6 hour long tubing trip (got on the water at 1, left at about 7) -- there was a road block because some dumb ass had gotten into a wreck.... So they were talking to ALLLL the drivers. I was uuuber drunk and in the passenger seat, and luckily the State Trooper was actually really nice. I was just drunkly talking up a storm to him saying blah blah I'm drunk, Chad is our DD. Chad hadn't had anything to drink all day so we were good.
On the front for this next weekend is Brent and my "Wedding Reception Party"!! So excited! Its gonna be at the restaurant we both work at (Noja) -- and we're gonna have fingerfood/ hordeurves and beer and wine.... I'm thinking it will be quite a few people.... and looking forward to it!
Friday is also going to be my 27th birthday.... You know, my whole life, 26 has been my favorite number, and I always knew something big would happen then.... and it did (getting married) -- but now that I'm turning 27 I don't quite know what to think. I know its just another number, its just when you look forward to something so long and then it is gone..... hmm.... Just don't quite know what to do with it yet.
Things are quiet for the time being on the dad front.... he is out of jail and down the hill, behaving himself I suppose. He goes up the hill on his tractor to get his mail and take trash up the hill and get groceries I suppose... Because the dumbass finally realizes if he drives again and gets caught they will probably lock him up and put away the key. I don't really know.... I am still not speaking to him. Wrote him yet another letter, and told him I expected a reply... Its been almost a month, and still nothing. Whatever.
Anyway.... hoping this work week will be busy and money filled... Because I'm hoping to take both Friday and Saturday off for my "birthday". don't really have any plans other than going out to dinner, but i'm sure I'll think of something.
Right now it is time for a super hot dog walk! I hope Stephie is done with breakfast and coffee because it's already 11, and its hot as balls outside already.
