DAY 7: Write a love letter - to your flist or circle, to Eagle fandom, to a specific person or people on your flist or circle, to fandom at large, to a character in the book or movie, to an actor in the movie, to whomever. Basically, share the love.

My love letter is first of all to the people who I've had to try and avoid reccing too much during this challenge, else I'd have seemed an awful bore: motetus, carmarthen, and seascribe. It is the combination of prolific production of fanworks, and the consistently astounding and wonderful nature of those fanworks, that means I want to share the love in your direction primarily. Thank you all! Until I was looking through my bookmarks and other people's recs during this challenge, I hadn't realised quite how many different and varied works you'd produced between you, and how different the fandom would've been without you three. ♥

Next, love for some other authors and stories that I love with an undying love, but who I didn't manage to rec due to the nature of the challenge:
pouxin
demon_rum
Saturnalia and Solstice, a story about winter on the OT3 farm.
The Way of Things, a beautiful and heartbreaking Seal Prince-centric story.
Devotee, which never fails to break me apart and put me back together again.
Bottoming Out and especially its sequel One Percenters. Incredible, scorching Motocross AU.

And lastly, love for the Eagle people on my f'list -- all of you! It's been so lovely to feel like an active part of a fan community and interact with you lot over the past couple of years, rather than just lurking and posting the occasional comment, which is my usual MO in fandom. LJ seems to be dying slowly -- there's been a huge decrease in how many people are in fandoms here and how much involvement they want to put in -- but I feel like within that, I've been part of something really nice, with lovely people in good enough numbers to make it feel like a real community. It's great.

i'm on the internet, reccing like a boss, friendy wendies, fandom
