Well, score one for Christianist activist judges. The Supreme Court decided against the Summum congregation, ruling that the city of Pleasant Grove City, Utah can exclude the group's gift of a monument from the park.

Adam B has the rundown of the decision. While this was litigated as a free speech issue, we all knew it was more about freedom of religion, and the Establishment Clause, and how we who are not Christian can't seem to get a completely fair shake.
