thanks for all of your critiques on the piece i posted. i just sent it off to the postmodern experience, with the edits you all pointed out, so i'll know within a few days whether they choose to use it or not. even if they don't, at least i got it out there. some of you said i should try to publish it elsewhere, too, so we'll see. maybe i will. i'll probably put it in the next issue of motor city kitty, my zine. its going to be the start of my own personal 'encyclopedia' (writing different articles about things i feel are relevant to my life, in alphabetical order, covering 2-3 letters per issue...so issue #7 will have the letters "a" and "b"...and hey, check it out, "addiction" starts with "a" so this totally fits!)
