lonliness is not the price of excellence. you can have everything you want if you work hard enough for it (and life doesn't get in the way). and anyway, if you aren't happy being with you, how can you expect anyone else to be?

and you're alone in dishhouse? that sucks. during lunch or dinner, go out and ask for volunteers. sometimes even teachers will help, cuz being in dishhouse alone sucks. believe me, i know. why was yesterday a letdown?

because running wasn't so good and i am not alone.. just my crew arrives late. I am so tired. I am stressed too which doesn't help. This year isn't starting off so hot. We have TONS of homework compared to last year... and i haven't been sleeping.. and i did a crazy amount of hill sprints today and a bunch of other runs so it was crazy...oh yeah... today i cried for the first time in about 2 years... the first time ever at midland.. it was really sad.. and i felt bad eventhough i know i shouldn't.

it's never wrong to feel a particular way. if you feel bad, it's because something is making you feel bad. so dont ever feel like you shouldn't feel one way or another. even if you dont think that you are justified to feel the way you do, feeling a particular way isnt wrong. emotions can be neither right or wrong. but, the actions borne of your emotions can be.
