This is a worry, a 'threat to free speech, internet and healthcare'. Apparently the UK signed on in January 2011, but 'The signature of ACTA by European countries does not mean the deal is done, needs to be ratified by the European Parliament' so you can still complain, sign a petition or something if you want to.
