21st July, eh? Am I going to pull another all-nighter to get it read before ANYONE ELSE? Why, yes, I think I will. Because no matter how much I dress it up in indie-schmindie 'credibility', I'm still a fucking nerd.
More significantly, I went to see the Arcade Fire again yesterday! The full story I shall relay this weekend but fucking hell, the improvement since Monday was astounding. Needless to say, if the 'Wake Up' performance from earlier this week was merged with yesterday's show, it would have been the best gig I'd have ever been to. As it stands, it's just a tiny bit below the Flaming Lips in Manchester. Oh, and I may have got myself a date as well-with a real life woman, no less. A slightly better than average night, I suppose.
