Woot! You'll get to start into a paid gig as soon as the training's up? That's not bad at all if that's the case. Hell of a lot better than up here, IIRC. Is your class a mix of driver training and learning the ropes for all the paperwork and shit, or what's the scoop?
So far, day two, just theory. Over the road driving and log-booking and All That Jazza-ma-razza-ma-taz will come later. Gotta get through the theory-book-stuff first so's I can hit the test for my learner's permit, first. Can't drive on the roads without one even with an instructor.
EDIT: Also, I still have to actually 'find' a job after I have the license, but like most vocational schools, they help with that. And lots of companies that don't take hires straight out of school usually will take people just coming out of this school. So...Imminently Hireable, yo.
