Whew! Just had to use AAA for the first time! (No biggie - TA Boy got a flat just as we were parking somewhere to meet friends, and we soon discovered the spare also had a hole in it /o\). Good to know how that process goes, though. (And I'm glad I was wearing warmish clothes!)

I'm pretty excited! And I can teach you stuff i you want, once I've, you know...learned stuff. ;) It's Web Databases, which might be different than just databases? I'm guessing. Anyway, I think it should be fun. I'm not sure yet if I'll keep taking classes after this, so I wanna at least get all the basics down. (Oh! And I bought myself a domain name and year's worth of server space to play with! \o/)

i think the official name of the class i took was "database backed websites". It'll prolly be a lot of the same stuff. I think the final project was making a reservation database for a hotel...? i remember laughing a lot with my classmate over the name of the hotel, which i think was Grosvenor.

I think I have March 21st - 31st off. Unless my teacher changes the "finals" time, but that should be right. When is yours?

pretty much the same depending on when evals are. Tarra is coming to visit for the first little bit (til tuesday),so i will prolly take that weekend off of work. we should all get together!!!!!!! obviously that would be awesome. on a side note, that lady i was getting to make the dresses fell through, so UGH back to square one. im frustrated.

Sounds like a good plan!! I haven't seen you in forever! But aw, sad about the dresses. I wish I had some lead on a good way to do that kind of thing, but alas I do not. Let me know if I can help!

you can help by writing my 10 page paper for me? hahahahahahaha my friday night is so AWESOME. dont be jealous. for once im not working on friday and its cuz i hafta write a paper. lame.

IT really has been too long. maybe we should at least call each other sometimes? its hard to get in that habit once ive been out of it for so long. eh.

i dont really know what is gonna happen with the dresses. there is a tailor in seattle that i might use to alter my dress, so i could get a quote on the bridesmaids dresses just for the hell of it. i could always approach the seattle central design school to see if any of their advance students would want to do it. i really dont want to get them tailored over the internet.

oh to have more time. its only 5 months away! 3.5 of which i will still be in school! crap!

Calling sometimes could be good! I am bad at phones, but talking is nice. :)

I wonder if there are some really simple/relatively cheap dresses that we could get that could be embellished if you wanted something more fancy. I mean, we could spend the money on the tailoring/etc instead of the actual dresses. Hmmmm. Did you just not have any luck when looking at stuff that was more local/not on the internet? (Though I guess that's tough since all of your bridesmaids are in different locations, huh?)

Yikes, weddings sound hard, yo. But you can do it! It will be lovely and good and fun times!
