So apparently I have a new favorite thing to read about: Brendon/guys outside of bandom.
First there was Giant Steps by stereomer (Brendon/Joe Jonas).
Then last week, I ended up reading a handful of Brendon/Shia LaBeouf:
Your Fingerprints Like A Code (!!!) and A Common Expletive by gigantic.
The Pay-Phone Rings (And Becomes Extinct) and With Tired Eyes, Tired Minds, Tired Souls, We Slept by insunshine.
With Every Turn by stereomer.
And now I just read disarm-d's Kiss and Tell & More, both of which are Brendon/Adam Lambert.
I have little to no investment in any of those people (aside from Brendon, obviously), so that speaks both for the awesomeness of those stories (which I definitely rec all of!), and the awesomeness of Brendon being in a relationship with guys outside of this fandom.
Are there any more of these stories out there? Plz to be informing me of their whereabouts, oh wise flist. I don't quite know how to go about searching for Brendon/dudes not in bandom. ;)
Ooh, know what would be awesome? Brendon/Travis Wall. Or, better yet, Brendon/Johnny Weir! Gosh, that would be pretty. Too bad that's never going to happen, as there would be approximately 5 people even remotely interested in that pairing, haha. It's times like these I really wish I were a fic writier. Sigh.
