Last Day Ever :(
Well, besides the fact that 1) my paycheck was screwed and I'm out about $300 til next week and 2) getting my UHaul will be an early morning odyssey because it also got screwed...
it was a wonderful last day, and I'm going to miss everyone a lot. I got lots of cards from department people, and one signed by everyone in the office, and some people pooled to get me the slow cooker I had mentioned I wanted and some recipe books. It was all very sweet, and my boss, who again, has been there her entire life, wrote that I was the best person she'd ever worked with :*)
Too bad no one in Philly knows that yet, but a good position just opened at CCP. Review starts July 8, so I'll settle for 5 minutes before Tuesday to apply. Well, I guess it depends on when I get Internet, hmm. And Derek's like, "Oh, sounds like that job is all yours!" and I was like, "Yeah, well, so did the other four!" We'll see. The lack of simple phone calls has been super discouraging, because I'm not even looking out of my league here or anything.
Ah well. I just hammered apart a stubborn wall unit, so I'll stop stressing for a few minutes.
